About Kevin Baker

Kevin is a veteran when it comes to residential construction. He started his career working for his dad’s foundation and framing company for over 12 years, building in Briargate when it was still a new and growing neighborhood.

During his time in college he wanted to stay in the residential building world, so he took his knowledge and became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the year 2000. Unfortunately, the market turned for the worse in 2007, and a new path was presented to him.

He started that new path as a Fire Fighter/EMT-B. This was a fulfilling and taxing career, but for Kevin, his family will always come first. So, after a rewarding 10 years, he stepped away to start his current passion in Property Inspections.

Over the last few years, Kevin has made a name for himself as an honest and compassionate inspector that always has his client’s best interests at heart. Finding he wanted more out of being an inspector, he was given the opportunity to learn Commercial Property inspections. Kevin is now is certified in both Residential (INTERNACHI ) and Commercial (CCPIA) inspections. In addition, Kevin has continued his education to earn his National Home Inspectors (NHIE) certification and is Colorado Radon Measurement Licensed (NRPP).
